After another drink and a rather unusual assortment of desserts (although not without their charm), we headed off to Concert Square for a nice night out!
All in all it was a wonderful night to show some appreciation for the efforts of a wonderful committee. On behalf of the whole dental school I would like to say thank you to the LUDSS committee of 2010/11 for all they have done. Long live LUDSS committee 2011/12.
Suddenly, the smiling faces changed to convey expressions of awe and disbelief as a veritable knife-and-spatula-juggling, extreme cookery lesson took place at our tables. In a whirlwind of skilled hands, stainless steel utensils and noodles, our main courses were ready...and they were delicious. Whether chicken and salmon teriyaki, beef sukiyaki or prawn yaki, the outcome was delectable.
